“Freedom Pools SI installed an 8m x 4m pool at our Christchurch property.  Mat and James are very professional and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much bother. They have done an excellent job and we could not be more pleased.

We previously had a pool which was a casualty of the Christchurch earthquakes so we were looking for a company to help us replace what we had.

They helped with everything from plans through to council consent and even used our existing pool pump and filter in order to save us a money. The other pool company we contacted were not interested in using our existing equipment.

“Our experience with Freedom Pools South Island was extremely positive, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking at putting in their own pool. We ended up with a high-quality pool and equipment and were extremely happy with their eye for detail.

They guided us through the process and made great informative suggestions for us to get the best result on choosing options that suited our needs. We had a couple of unexpected costs at the beginning, that were our fault for not checking some things properly (services requiring relocation and engineering reports), but Mat and James at Freedom helped us deal with these at a very reasonable price and took the stress away.

Their invoice had no hidden costs, so there were no nasty surprises, as I had read on other reviews for different companies who hadn’t disclosed additional services. In fact, we came under their invoice, and they reimbursed us the difference. Communication was great with them, they always responded to our calls, and nothing was ever a hassle.

Follow up service afterwards has been fantastic too. Great bunch of guys to deal with, and even though they’re relatively “newish” in the industry, they know exactly what they’re doing and have a supportive experienced crew.
